Green Women's Declaration Limited

1. Introduction
1.1 These Terms govern your membership with Green Women's Declaration UK ("we", "us", "our") and your use of our website at www.greenwomensdeclaration.uk.
1.2 By joining as a member or using our website, you accept these Terms. If you disagree with any part, please don't use our website or join.
1.3 You must be at least 16 years old to become a member.
2. About Green Women's Declaration Limited
2.1 We are a membership and lobbying organisation that campaigns on the basis of the Green Women’s Declaration and advocates on behalf of those who have experienced discrimination related to gender-critical views.
2.2 Green Women's Declaration Limited is a company registered in England and Wales (Company Number: 16432210).
3. Membership
Membership is open to anyone who has signed the Green Women’s Declaration and agrees with the aims and values of the Green Women’s Declaration Limited as outlined on our website.
3.1 Joining
To become a member:
Complete the membership form on our website
Pay the membership fee
We'll email you to confirm your membership
3.2 Membership Benefits
Your membership includes:
Access to member-only resources and information (this is an evolving resource that will be compiled over time)
Invitations to online and in-person meetings
Our newsletter and updates
Opportunity to connect with other members
Access to support resources (see Section 4)
3.3 Membership Duration
Membership lasts for the period until the next payment of your membership fees, either one year or one month, depending on the subscription model you select.
Membership automatically renews unless you cancel.

3.4 Membership Fees
Annual membership: £10-£80 or monthly membership: £1.50 - £8
The rate for membership fees is self-selected
All fees are shown on our website
Green Women’s Declaration Limited reserves the right to increase membership fees
4. Support Services
4.1 As a member, you can request support if you believe you’ve experienced discrimination or poor treatment from The Green Party of England and Wales or the wider environmental movement, as a result of, or related to, your gender-critical views.
4.2 Important limitations:
We provide information and peer support only; this information is offered in good faith to the best of our knowledge but cannot be guaranteed as factually correct
We primarily offer collective support rather than on a 1-2-1 basis. We do not routinely offer individual casework.
We are NOT a law firm and cannot give legal advice
We cannot fund legal cases or provide legal representation
We cannot guarantee we can help with every request
All support is provided at our discretion
4.3 Any information we provide is general in nature and should not replace professional legal advice.
5. Website Use
5.1 Acceptable Use
You may:
View and download pages for personal use
Share our public content
Print materials for non-commercial use
5.2 Prohibited Use
You must not:
Use the website unlawfully or fraudulently
Attempt to hack or damage the website
Copy content for commercial purposes without permission
Post content that is offensive, defamatory, or discriminatory
Misrepresent yourself or provide false information
6. Privacy and Data Protection
6.1 We process your personal data according to our Privacy Policy.

Our directors and volunteers (only as needed)

7. Cancellation Rights
7.1 Your Right to Cancel
You have 14 days to cancel after joining ("cooling off period")

You'll receive a full refund if you cancel within 14 days
7.2 After 14 Days
You can cancel anytime but won't receive a refund
You'll keep access to the members area until your current membership period ends
7.3 Our Right to Cancel
We may cancel or suspend your membership if you:
Breach these Terms
Act against our values and mission
Damage our reputation
Our right to cancel a membership is at the discretion of the directors and their decision is final.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 Our Liability Cap
Our total liability to you is limited to the membership fees you've paid us.
8.2 What We're Not Liable For
We are not responsible for:
Indirect or consequential losses
Loss of income or opportunities
Issues beyond our reasonable control
Problems you contribute to yourself
8.3 Consumer Rights
Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
9. Events and Meetings
9.1 We may organise online and in-person events for members.
9.2 We'll give as much notice as possible about any event changes or cancellations. For emergencies (illness, venue issues, etc.), we may need to cancel or postpone at short notice.
9.3 Behaviour at events must align with our values and these Terms.
10. Intellectual Property
10.1 All content on our website belongs to us unless stated otherwise.
10.2 Our logo and name are our trademarks - don't use them without permission.
10.3 You grant us permission to use any content you submit to us for our advocacy work (we'll anonymise personal stories unless you agree otherwise).
11. Changes to These Terms
11.1 We may update these Terms occasionally.
11.2 Updated Terms will be posted on our website with a new effective date.
11.3 It's your responsibility to check these Terms periodically. Continued membership after changes are posted means you accept the new Terms.
12. General Legal Terms
12.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the complete agreement between us.
12.2 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by UK law.
12.3 Severability
If any part of these Terms is invalid, the rest remains in effect.
