Welcome to Our New Members; How You Can Support GWD

Since we announced our legal action against the Green Party in March, we have seen a noticeable increase in membership. If you are new to GWD then welcome. We are glad you are here.

Every new member strengthens our collective voice. Whether you found us through media coverage, through a friend’s share on social media, or through your own experience within the Green Party, you are part of a growing movement that is making a real difference.

What’s coming next for members

Later this month we will be holding a strategy meeting for the core team. After that, we’ll invite all members to a briefing session where you can hear more about our journey, meet the team, engage with next steps and find out how you can get involved. Keep a look out for more details to follow shortly.

Supporting GWD’s work

Several of you have been in touch asking how you can contribute financially, and we are grateful for that. We want to be transparent with you.

We are not currently seeking donations for a legal fund. However, GWD’s ongoing advocacy work such as our campaigns, webinars, website and media activity, all require resources. Our negotiations with the Party are progressing. We are not in a position to share the details publicly at this stage, but we will keep you updated as and when we can.
